Annual Blood Drive
 The
Purdue University football squad holds an annual blood drive to
support the local Central Indiana Regional Blood Center. The football
squad sponsors the event by advertising the event and by encouraging
individuals to give blood during that day. More than 80 players
and friends have donated annually.
“We choose to have a blood drive because
it’s obviously a very tangible way of giving something back,”
head coach Joe Tiller says. “It’s something I feel very
strongly about.”
